Fun Sculptures

1989 was not a good year for my ex. It began with him catching his pointer in a woodworking tool and making it a little more pointy (workman's comp), being flipped by a car as a pedestrian thus the neckbrace and arm sling, and a spell of unemployment! Glad he made it through that year!

Deconstructed Head

An abstract deconstructed head (thinking outside the box) using primary and secondary colors, a la the De Stijl Movement. 2010 originally created.  The hair was missing so in 2021 I completed the sculpture with the peacock feathers to reflect our current culture's hair coloring trend!
